With FlexCar, there is only a small, condionally refundable deposit and zero guarantee required. We offer comlete flexibility in the duration of your lease. You can choose the vehicle you want, have it immediate delivered and keep it for as long as you need. 

You simply pay a fixed montly fee, with no penalties, no commitments and no hidden fees for as long as you use your FlexCar. Also, you always have the option to purchase the vehicle you’re driving. 

With FlexCar, all you need to do is select the vehicle that interests you from our platform. Then, simply upload a copy or a photo of your ID card, driver’s license and a tax clearance certificate. 

We will verify and check your details and once your request is approved you’ll need to make the first monthly payment online within 24 hours.

Your vehicle will be ready for delivery and you will receive it within 10 business days from the moment we receive your first payment. 

Absolutely. You can return it anytime, as long as you notify us at least 20 days before your intended return date.

If you don’t pay your montly lease within the specified timeframe, you will receive a reminder via email.  If payment is not made within three days of receiving the reminder, you’ll need to return the vehicle.

Otherwise, FlexCar will immediatly take legal action to protect its interests. 

No, there is no mileage limit. However, if you exceed the agreed-upon free annual mileage, there will be an additional charge per extra kilometer, based on the months of usage: 

-Scooters: 1,000 km/month
-Motorcycles: 1,500 km/month
-Cars (Passenger Vehicles): 2,000 km/month
-Commercial Vehicles: 2,500 km/month

Yes, you are responsible for the proper use and care of your FlexCar vehicle. In addition to the monthly lease payment, we expect that by the end of your lease, the vehicle’s wear and tear will nit exceed normal usage levels.

If damages go beyond standard wear and tear, you will be responsible for covering the repair costs.

Yes, you can! Every month, we will send you either a receipt or an invoice via email, depending on your preferences.

You can keep your FlexCar vehicle for as long as you want and return it anytime without any fees or commitments, as long as you notify us 20 days in advance.

You also have the option to purchase the vehicle at any time. 

If you no longer need your FlexCar vehicle, you can return it to the location where you picked it up without any hidden fees, provided you notify us at least 20 days before your desired return date.

Almost no waiting time! Once you pay the FlexDeposit and the first month’s lease, you can expect to receive your FlexCar vehicle within approximately 10 business days. 

At FlexCar, we aim to build a trust-based relationship by making vehicle acquisition as easy and accessible as possible. That’s why we don’t require a down payment or a security deposit. 

The only requirement is the FlexDeposit. 

The FlexDeposit is a one-time payment made before your lease begins. It equals one monthly lease payment + VAT and can be refunded under the following conditions: 

I) As a discount when you choose to purchase your FlexCar vehicle at any time. 

II) At the end of your lease, if you’ve had the vehicle for more than 28 months. 

III) If you switch vehicles every 14 months, you won’t need to pay another FlexDeposit.

Yes! Before finalizing your lease, you can opt to pay a larger amount upfront, which will lower your monthly payments.

No, FlexCar has no hidden fees.

Yes! With FlexCar, you can purchase your leased vehicle at any time and we will refund your FlexDeposit as a discount.

Yes, However, if you are under 23 years old there will be a small additional fee per month until you reach 23.

No! FlexCar offers a wide selection of new and lightly used vehicles. All FlexCar vehicles listed on our platform are registered in Greece, thoroughly inspected in excellent condition and have low mileage.
